Okay, there are a few things this week I feel like I should clarify.
1) Sunday's confessional where she's holding back the tears and talking about getting teary *sniff* sorry *sniff* is counting as a crying one. Good man whoever called her out as the blubberer pre-season.
2) Jess' one confessional split in half is one of those borderline calls. I have decided the scene in between the two halves (the handshake never-gonna-vote you Taylor to both GenX) is substantial enough that it's justified to call Jessica's confessionals as two rather than one.
3) #what went to both Michaela & Jay
4) Some extra TC points (Michaela 5, Jay 5, Hannah 2) went for the conversation mid/post votes. This has happened before but just mentioning it while clarifying stuff, so people are aware this can happen in this kind of unprompted by Jeff conversation. A normal goodbye comment doesn't mean dick.
So!! Big points of the week to the douche-bros. Top score of the week to Jay for his shenanigans with the vote and top confessional count. 56 to Taylor dealing with all that fall out from last week twice before titles even show, plus a challenge win, Jeff hitting him for Qs at the challenge, naming the episode. Plenty of predictable content but good work those that trusted their instincts and didn't just sit tight and hope the David gravy train would deliver again. Still a solid investment with the third best score of the week, but a chunky margin between his decent score and the better choices.
Despite her boot, Michaela doesn't take too hard a hit even with four votes and a blindside taking 26 points off her. She woulda had the top score before they were applied, so not the worst result for the Michaela owners.
Of the rest, Sunday finally gives a good return, 40 points for just 1 Riel was just as good as Zeke for 5 and sees her peak at 2 where she might be worth selling. Ken goes the other way and good job if anyone saw that coming. Bret the worst of the bunch and as of right now, the only player in the 1 Riel bracket.
Confessionals & TC:
These are early because I'd like people to catch any errors now, before I go updating the scoreboard, in particular the 16 teams moving to the head to head rounds of the cup will be decided by these
