I'll be watching the 9 coverage, so I won't be online again until it's finished airing.
I am insanely looking forward to this show and even if the Dominators come in last, it's going to be a cracking season.

good golly marissa cost me big time. I would have pulled out something in the 150s if she didn't get voted off. but the upside is that katie was safe and her improved 3 value is pretty fair I'd say. I'm glad I pulled her at 1.
I'd like to put Rupert in now that he's on RI, but with a value of 5 I just can't afford it. I really think he's in this one to win it and I thought he may have lost value a bit, but it seems as though you and GB share that same idea.
As a one to one swap I might swap out Marissa for Candice or something even Laura boneham now she's dropped.
good news is that I've made 2 pesos in a round. I'm not getting Brad as at 6 he's probably peaked. I won't sell Vytas or Aras just yet as they are probably building. Gerv will hopefully get a bit of focus with Marissa at RI and him costing her. maybe I need to sell Katie as with my balance I could get a gamebreaker by selling her

I really want to swap in rupert. I'm just thinking as to whether it's tennable atm. So I'll assume he gets 2 confessionals, so +10. then at least a +5 for non loss, so maybe he'll get 20ish unless somehow laura makes a tactical move to swap in for him. but I doubt that's going to happen, so technically with your retrospective value changes he should lose value assuming he survives this one

at this stage, if someone in my team loses at RI, does their value pre-episode get refunded back to my balance and deduct a trade from next round from me ?

Ok, so if someone on your tribe goes out of the game, you get their POST-EPISODE VALUE back and it will cost a trade to get someone new in.
When the merge hits, however, anyone going out of the game you lose and get no pesos back and nor can you trade for a new Survivor. You will lose numbers.
There will also two tribe reductions at final 7 and final 5 but anyone you have to remove from your tribe you will be reimbursed for.
