I need to trade Val out for someone. Umm.... It looks like my choices are Alec, Drew, Jon and Julie...

I don't think Julie's long for the game, because Jeremy's a vindictive asshole. Drew's getting so cocky, and annoying his entire tribe, so I don't see him sticking around much longer... Alec's not going to be long for the game if Coyopa keeps losing everything, so.... I guess my choice is Jon.
