Also I just looked through the tribal scene and if it resets each time Jeff talks, then I think Kass had four tribal talking times, not two?

It's a bit subjective and the hosts perogative when to assess tribal. Jeff can often ask follow up questions so I tend to look for a new tangent in those situations.
Jeremiah found the clue while everyone was there, so they all count as finding it. If he found it and then shared it, different story.
