idk if it's not too late for this. My fantasy football lets you do one transfer for free per week, plus one more at a cost. The cost is 4pts which is the average of a scoring player.
So what about something like, you can make additional transfers, on top of the current limit, but they'll cost your team x points as well as the dollar price. Where x is 50pts or whatever the average score of last year per player per week was.

A thought for future Seasons. That part where they are stood on their mats and Jeff asks specific members questions might be worth awarding. Same bit when a challenge ends and someone specific gets asked what went wrong or what they are thinking.

Getting a vote against is way undervalued. Or maybe, an additional getting voted out penalty is required.
I would think -5 or even -10 for each vote against, but then it needs somehow to be offset by getting voted against but surviving hurting you less.
