Episode 1
Like I said in the other thread, David was a popular choice. 25 of the 27 teams had him Kudos to the two teams that Captained him, and turned him into a 100+ pointer. The seven player that invested in high-priced Zeke put their money where their mouths were, with every one of them making him Captain. Less popular, but less expensive too, all the Bret owners had the same idea. No-one was fool enough to Captain Lucy, but still four teams lost a lot of points with her grand score of ~one~ Fourteen of you will be needing to offload Rachel. And Adam's late boost just goes to show it's always worth double-checking my scoring. Four teams got a five point bump for that hashtag, and one Captain is ten points higher than they would have been.

Episode 2
Good work teams, every single Rachel owner came on in time to actually trade her away She was only worth 1 of course, which wasn't too good for the old bank balance, and most people were left with a straight 1 for 1 choice of Jay, Lucy or Michelle. Four extra teams own Michelle this week and her slightly better score. Twelve extra teams picked up Jay. No change in the amount of Lucy owners. The Captaincy race is where it's at - Taylor or Figgy's scored doubled is 200 points on one player. No-one was canny enough to back top-scorer Taylor, but two clever girls cashed in on Figgy's 94 by two. At the other end of the scale, three Mari captaincies (up one from last week), doubled her weak score of just 4. The third best scorer in David, was the most flocked-to of the week. Ten teams grabbing a solid twice-65. Up from just 2 players having him as Captain the first week. A good captaincy selection is huge, and the difference between Mari's 8, and Taylor's 202 could be gigantic. Choose wisely. Of course with how the trading system works this Season, anyone who didn't make a trade last week now has two trades to play with if they wanted to play the market.

Episode 3 Still one person holding on to Mari gj that team.. David holds his spot as most-owned with a solid 25 owners from 27 teams, meaning everyone is winning or losing with him together. One more Captain this week is his only shift. Maybe at a staggering 9-Riel now, people may look to cash out on him and bolster a more solid all-round team rather than one star and five duds. Michelle too, very popular, meaning everyone loses those points together with her meagre 11. Not too many people hurt by Paul's boot, with only two teams being forced to make that trade now - but with one of those as a Captain that's a bad beat in the scores. The real difference in leaderboard terms this week, was the teams that are packing Ken & Figgy (or both) for an edge, while avoiding having the point-sucks of Lucy/Bret/Michelle/Paul.

Episode 4 Well, we lost our Mari owner, so that's a step in the right direction. We do still have one team holding on to Paul for dear life. Now before you all go congratulating yourselves for banking David's monster score, realise that all teams in the competition, with the exception of two, have him That's 24 of the remaining 25. If you captained him this week, well count yourselves among the ones who made the right decision, and not as one of the seven that blew it. Six Zeke, two Figgy, and one Ken owner, putting their faith elsewhere. With everyone having their eggs in the same basket with David, the real differnce between the teams comes down to who is being canny with the rest of their purchases. Only one team managed to snag Chris' chunky point haul, while just four will be cashing up with Lucy's little Riel bump. Adam too, a quality return on his price before the episode. Michelle continues to be a point-suck for nearly every team, and people may start wondering whether she's worth waiting for. But at just one Riel, is she even worth selling?

Episode 5 Episode 5 sees a few trend in play. Firstly, a few teams chose to cash out on David while he was peaking. After clocking top score yet again, they will be hoping investing that cash wisely elsewhere was worth the risk. Still, there's four teams out there who own David, yet refuse to Captain him. It might pay off one of these weeks but until then, they are hemorrhaging points on a weekly basis. We also have two more Chris owners established, and as the second highest scorer, that might mean Tater won't hog those points all to himself any more. Michaela & Zeke are coming good for those that stayed faithful - at 17 and 15 owners respectively, you'd better hope you have one or both of these in your team. These two plus Chris (and avoiding the duds), likely to be the difference between a good score and a great score. At the wrong end of the scoreboard, five people will be ruing Will's duck egg score, while three teams actually lost points for not offloading Cece sooner. A lot of teams too, still losing ground weekly keeping Sunday, Hannah & Figgy on their teams for little return. The biggest trend of the week was no move at all. With the swap only shaking out, a lot of teams chose to make no switches, so they could make two this week at no charge once the teams had settled. It should be a week of big moves ahead.

Episode 6Not all that much to comment on this week. There was a bit of a shift off of Michelle (down by four) and the biggest movement onto Adam (up by four), but the only solid info here is to be gleaned at how many were on David as Captain, and whether that was worth it. Moment of silence for that one Team that thought Chris was the way to go However, the two Ken Captains, the two Zeke Captains, the two Jay Captains, the sole Adam Captain - even the two Figgy Captains can all give themselves a pat on the back for keeping the faith - or changing tack, just in time.

Episode 7Firstly note that one of our near inactive asked to be removed from the game, so these are now stats for 24 teams. Michaela became our most-owned player this week! just in time for her boot :cry That leaves 21 of 24 teams will be looking to offload her this week. Congrats if you dodged that fate. Bad luck if you were on of the trio with her as Captain. David may not be the most-owned, but he's still the most-Captained by a long shot. One canny Jay owner, and two shrewd Taylor owners realised their (c) was better spent elsewhere. Could be worse, you could be that one team not just keeping Figgy, but Captaining her too..

Strategy worked. Figgy out, Taylor in and captain.
