With David out of the hot seat for the week - maybe we can see a few new faces at the top? And indeed, the unfamiliar purple of Effy in first place is a rare sight to see. I had to double check I hadn't sorted the table smallest to largest by accident.. With a perfect score this week being 355 points, 343 is hella impressive. Anyone clear of that 300 mark can be happy with their return. these include familiar faces in taterman , scoofyken , shmady & gerbil , but also some more accustomed to mid or low table scores - gino , Vidalia Onion 's vegtables, Waka & yope all making a strong push for a Cup run.
In the overall ranking, the top five are pretty set in place, only amethyst losing ground to slip to tied fourth. Biggest gains for the week to yope and gino , each climbing five spots to higher ground. Biggest slips to Maison Ikkoku & shiftyjoshi - each losing eight places and each dropping to the bottom half.

Not enough to just be near the top of the table every week, Tater's Pigs bolster their position with a weekly first place to cement their grip on the top spot. Another great week for Team Balor, without any rigging required. A lot more familiar faces near the top and bottom of the week, anyone above that 295 mark, can be pretty happy with their returns.
Overall then, taterman slips further out in front, and the rest of the top five see no change with the exception of gerbil breaking the tied score, and taking fourth place all to himself. Biggest jump of the week does indeed belong to Duck, who's consistent scoring sees him rise from the 20s to the heady heights of 15th. There is quite a jump from Yope in 12th, down to Daniella in 13th so that will be the wall to break. The opposite is true of ACID BURN as they slide seven full spots and out of contention without a quick return to form. For those of you down the bottom happy to have gained a spot, you have Maison Ikkoku dropping out of the game to thank.

The merge Episode is a cruel time. All of a sudden players like Michelle can be piled on and overwhelmed with votes for a super negative score. No-one gets the east free points of being on a tribe that gets a lucky tribal-win, and every player on your team needs to stand on their own feet and bring the points. No surprises then, that it's taterman 's Taterpigs who weather the storm best. There is really a huge range of scores here that we don't usually see. Anyone above that 250 mark should be very pleased. Anyone down low shouldn't be too disheartened, but now is certainly the time to dump those Sunday/Will/Brets that are point sucks. Or is it??
In the overall table then, Taterpigs reinforce their lead. In fact a lot of the Top 10 stay static, with only RDN climbing to switch out places with amethyst . The big score differences make for a lot of changes mid and low table. yope continues the long slow climb to finally break the top ten, while CKD does the opposite lower down and is jumped by a few. Biggest climb of the week goes to gino , showing she is still a force to be reckoned with.

I will say too, please double check your tallies here against your individual ones. This was a weird week with the lateness - some trades made before tallies were, and the shift from tribes to individual phase meant rearranging the spreadsheets. Lots of room, for errors to creep in.

We have a three way tie at the top shmady , taterman & Waka share the spoils, each racking up 360 points of a possible 416. Spoiler: Nope, it's not what you think, they have three different team setups. melanie in the top five too, looks good for her Cup run.
In the overall table, firstly we will say goodbye to Randy who has pulled himself from the contest. He didn't do terrible considering he's six episodes behind, but Captain Figgy is just not netting the points like she used to. Don't get two excited for climbing a spot, he was in last. We do have a new wooden spoon bearer in Roxy as she slips to the bottom. Taterman holds onto that 200 point lead with an iron grasp, but the combination of two players scoring negative, and a correct Captaincy for Jay making a huge difference means there is plenty of movement throughout the table. scoofyken slips to fourth allowing shmady & gerbil to climb to second & third. RDN does similar and Waka & yope work their way up. Massive jump for max & melanie both as they crack the top ten at A2K2 & amethyst 's expense. In the lower half of the table, survivorfantasy & Effy make the biggest gains with five places each.

With a big double week in play, the chance to rack up a maximum of 709 points means big moves could be made and gaps closed on the teams stuck with too many Jurors in. scoofyken , yope & gerbil all clear the 600 point mark with ease, and gain some 100 points on the rest of the table. Anyone above the 500 mark, can still be pretty happy with how the episode played out when you look at the scores closer to 400 near the bottom of the week.
While that's not enough for anyone to unseat taterman from the top of the table, it's certainly enough to close the gap some. Great scores for scoofyken & gerbil see them push shmady down to fourth. yope displaces Waka to break into the top five after a season long struggle from the bottom end up. max & melanie continue their climb while gino breaks into the top ten too. For every winner there's a loser and RDN , A2K2 & Snakewing each slide some.
