Naturally very happy to be at the top of the charts  My thinking behind the picks seemed to work out. Katie - Figured the more intelligent/social of the 1 point players, don't expect her to last long though. Brad - Probst has a hard on for NFL related players/wives so I guessed he'd be prominent. Candice - I actually thought I had her husband Caleb - Being the partner of Colton I figure he'll get a lot of screen time depending on Coltons antics. Early days. Gervase - Being the original and media savvy I guessed he'd get a lot of screen time. Should get a lot next episode. Laura - Took a punt on her at 2 points being a returning player thought she might have been undervalued. Surprised me tbh. It's going to be hard to trade with almost everyone going up in value now - eep! At this point I'd say Candice (and her minus points) and Katie are worth swapping. Freeing up 4 pesos, maybe for Ciera and Tina - although I wanted a Candice for John swap pre adjustment |

Is your strategy to trade Survivors who are under the pump? Those minuses really hit hard but is there some reward in having someone on Redemption Island given the points on offer? Is the risk worth it?

I'll probably wait and see what the impact of RI is before I move on Candice - I suspect she'll last a few 'duels'. Katie is a concern and I debating whether to move on her before the price gets too high on other players.

If the first week is anything to go by I expect to need a pesos loan to meet the growing market I think there is value in Tina and Ruperts wife, especially if their partner leaves early - I'd be expecting a lot more camera time. Even though I'm not a fan Tyson at 2 pesos could pay off. |

If I had a strategy it would be to keep the more camera friendly or those that have a good story going on.
I think Gervase and Candice will get a lot of time tonight.
I don't think being at the top of the table means anything at this stage. You can make strategic choices, but it all comes down to a lot of luck as there is really no form guide coming in to the season. As more episodes get shown I expect the other people in this game to get a feel for the season and make moves accordingly.

I think Gervase and Candice will get a lot of time tonight. <-- Dumbass I think I'll trade Candace out, Redemption Island doesn't make for a good run per episode. I might pick up Tyson as he should figure in the next episode. I'm not sure Katie is going to get much of a run either, but finding it hard to find a better replacement. (Monica/Tina?) Caleb is a bit of deadweight at the moment, but I'm waiting for the Colton shit for his value to kick in. Really wish I picked John instead of Candace now Vytas is looking good and I think Tyson is a bargain, he could do well in the returnees tribe considering who is there. |
