No, you keep the pre-merge trade you still have. But it can only be used to trade non-jurors.
You will also get 2 post-merge trades. By themselves, you can only use these to trade non-jurors as well, but you can combine them into ONE Back-From-The-Dead trade, which allows you to trade a juror if you wish.
You can also purchase extra trades if you have the money to do so.
