You can trade any non-jurors with a regular trade. You will get 2 more trades after the merge episode. Unfortunately, that means this coming episode you're 1 down. After the merge, jurors cannot be traded out with a regular trade, however you can use the 2 post-merge trades (and post-merge trades only) as a "bring back the dead" trade, which enables you to trade a juror for an active player.
