Have changed the structure for the Survivor's boards. Instead of having their own boards, have condensed them to 2 tribe boards and threads for each Survivor. Just felt the page looked too expansive.

Have updated the Rules and Conduct thread to include the following:

POSTING ON THE FORUM
- Please conduct yourself in a respectable manner. A bit of swearing is allowable, but refrain from abuse. Any abuse towards other participants will not be tolerated and you will be removed from competition and the board.
- Please do not delete or edit any posts in your team boards. If you make a trade and wish to change it, make a new post. If you are found to have deleted/edited a post on your team board, you will receive ONE warning. If it occurs again, you will be removed from competition.

Have updated the Game Format thread to include information on team numbers being reduced in the later stages of the game.

TEAM NUMBERS

Tribe numbers will remain at 6 during the pre-merge period and up to the final 7 in the post-merge period.

When there are 7 Survivors left in the game, tribes are reduced to FOUR Survivors only, meaning tribe owners will have to cut up to 2 Survivors from their tribe. They will be reimbursed with the peso balance of the 2 Survivors they cut unless one of the Survivors was voted out as the 8th placed finisher. Any tribe owners that have this Survivor in their tribe will NOT be reimbursed their peso balance into their bank account.

When there are 5 Survivors left in the game, tribes are reduced to THREE Survivors only, meaning tribe owners will have to cut up to 1 Survivor from their tribe. They will be reimbursed with the peso balance of the Survivor they cut unless that Survivor was voted out as the 6th placed finisher. Any tribe owners that have this Survivor in their tribe will NOT be reimbursed their peso balance into their bank account.

If the final 7 and final 5 occur mid-episode (so there is a double elimination during that episode) then the tribe reduction will occur at final 6 and final 4 respectively.

If there is a final 6 heading into the finale episode, then tribes will be reduced to three Survivors at final 6 rather than final 5.

Tribe owners please be aware of these possibilities.

Have updated the Points system thread with individual challenge scoring system:

Immunity Challenge wins (individual): 100 divided by participants, rounded down to nearest whole number:

• Final 12 - 8 points (rounded down)
• Final 11 - 9 points (rounded down)
• Final 10 - 10 points
• Final 9 - 11 points (rounded down)
• Final 8 - 12 points (rounded down)
• Final 7 - 14 points (rounded down)
• Final 6 - 17 points (rounded up)
• Final 5 - 20 points
• Final 4 - 25 points
• Final 3 (if it occurs) - 33 points

There are requirements for all tribe owners to meet:

All tribe owners need to ensure they complete the following

• Select a tribe name
• Select an avatar picture: must be a still picture and in portrait orientation. The hosts will format it with the forum style.
• Select a buff colour: any colour you like as your tribe's buff colour, however once a colour is selected, no one else can pick it, so first in - best dressed. Different shades of colour are allowable, ie. dark blue, royal blue, baby blue. The hosts reserve the right to lighten or darken the shade of your selected colour as required. You cannot select GREEN of any shade, as it is the hosts' colour. You can select yellow or red (this season's tribe colours) if you wish.
  
• Select your tribe: any tribe owner who does not select a tribe by lockout for episode 1 will be removed from competition.

Ok, this is kinda last minute but please ensure you understand the following. Have updated the Game Format page with a new requirement to have a team captain:

TEAM CAPTAIN

Before lockout for EACH EPISODE, you need to select a captain for your tribe. The captain will score DOUBLE POINTS for that episode. You can change your captain as much as you like outside of lockout but as soon as lockout occurs, your last choice counts. If you do not change your captain after it is initially set, it will remain set to that Survivor until you do change. If your captain is the person who leaves the game, then you must set a new captain or you will have NO captain.

And I realise with only a couple of days to go, people may not check regularly. Anyone who has NOT selected a captain by lockout will be assigned their highest priced Survivor as captain by default (and if they have 2 that are equal highest, it will go to a returning player, otherwise it will be a coin flip).

Please keep all episode discussion the in episode 1 thread. If you enter that thread, expect spoilers for those who have watched.

Any discussion of the episode outside of that thread before lockout ends will incur a warning. If you get warned a second time, you will be removed from competition.

Lockout will end via announcement here and on the newsbar.

Adding a clarification to HII clue scoring. Any clue that is found or received scores points. It was originally just found clues however it is clear this season will see RI winners giving clues to someone on a tribe, hence the adjustment.

IDOL SCORING
Finding/receiving an idol clue (non-auction): +5 points divided by number of people who found/received it, rounded down to nearest whole number but not less than 1 point (ie. 1 person finds - +5 points; 2 people find together - +2 points each; 3 people plus - 1 point)

I've added a clock to the bottom of the home page so people can see current Australian Eastern Standard Time. Hopefully it helps people know when lockout is.
