Ok, depending on how confessionals are counted and whether or not Tyson and Gervase are given 5 points for reward, I could be looking at 105 to 135. Having Hayden and his monster confessionals helps. Everyone picks up 1 point for voting for person not voted out which is decent.
Laura definitely looking like she's going to be cut. Only scoring potential is a confessional possibly and 10 points max for winning the duel.

Yeah, remove the player cuts and keep three trades post merge (maybe reduce to 1 or 2 even). Means you don't get cash back for cutting players and then use that to upgrade your team. Means its more likely players keep jurors on their team because they can't trade them out.

Because pretty much everyone is suspecting a Tyson, Gervase, Monica final 3, it would be smart for me to bring in Monica for Hayden. Seeing the final duel as a balance based one, I doubt Hayden has much of a chance in it. By picking Monica, it opens up the confessional points if she is in the f3.
With 10 points for 3rd place (lowest placing of non voted out players) being the same as someone voting for the winner it would only make sense to try and capture the bonus points from potential confessionals and/or challenge wins.
If Tyson can use his idol and pick up more points, regardless of effectiveness, on top of winning which seems most likely out of the final 4. Obvious captain choice but I suspect everyone will be doing that this late in the game.

It may be possible, but given how the edit has gone, it's looking very likely Tyson is our winner and thus is likely to not only get 50 points for the win, but stacks of confessionals. Ergo, if I can pick the F3 and capitalize on all the confessional points I can, I will.
