Some questions
1. How and when do we pick our tribe? Is it a draft system or salary system? Do we get a certain amount of pesos?
2. I notice each player has their own "confessional" board. How and why is it used.

Hey Rafe, set up your permissions so you should see your team board at the bottom of the page.

Does each trade have to maintain 3 players from each tribe?
Can we reverse our trades before each lockout?

No, I have updated the Game Format page to add this note. It is for initial tribe selection only and after episode 1 lockout ends, you can trade to anyone as long as it is an equal trade in terms of peso value. Thanks!
Yes, trades can be reversed and re-done as much as you like before lockout.

Will teams be revealed after the lockout?

No. While I can't stop you guys from telling people who is on your team, I think it's best for people not to divulge, just to give the air of mystery to knowing how the top tribes are scoring so well. Also, if someone is just ahead right at the end, they may just copy the lineup of the second place tribe to ensure they can't be overrun. It's all a learning curve this season. It may be a horrible game yet.
