I think the Exile Island penalties are really harsh Also a lot of preview things have already shown who the first two duel competitors are (I was trying to avoid but it was a random inadvertent clip in a Dalton Ross video ). Is there any chance that the penalty can be lowered, or at least not count for the premiere episode because it's making me want to reconsider my team on that alone Unless you're actually going through with the half-point premiere? Hmmm. You're probably right there. I might halve these to 10 and 5. I still think there should be some negative to losing the duel, given it increases the likelihood of having Exile confessionals and also the benefit of idol clue finding.

Just to confirm: Does a player's chance of surviving the next episode/tribal council influence their price, or is the price solely determined by how many points they score?

Solely on how they score.

Ok, so episode 1 will have total scores halved. Locking that in.
Other additions to scoring I am considering: - Voting to boot loved one, whether they are booted or not (+20 points) - Reading Treemail (+5 points)
And changes: - Votes against (-3 point per vote)
These will be finalised start of next week.

These all sound good to me. Especially if the premiere is a double. Does anyone know if it is?

Howso? We can figure it out for you I look up the episode name before each episode and it's almost always a soundbite.

I don't like the episode title being given more merit than it deserves. The "quote" may have nothing to do with the storyline.

I think it'd be predictable in some cases too. Not saying people would change their teams based on a handful of points but yeah, anything predictable or pre-knowledge ought be frowned upon.

Ok I read that it's a 90 minute premiere. Is that how long the Cagayan premiere was? So will we see two eliminations in the premiere episode?

The Cagayan premiere was 2 hours, if I remember correctly, and was a double episode. I think this season is just a long single episode, probably to get to know the new couples a little better? Maybe? idfk
