Unfortunately, I have to deny that trade. You need to trade for equal or lesser value.
Garrett is valued at $6, Alexis at $2, TOTAL $8
Morgan is valued at $4, Spencer at $5, TOTAL $9
You have zero bank balance, so you can't afford the trade.
Also, when you trade out Garrett, make sure you specify who you want as your new captain.
