Slight concern/thinking out loud.
Jurors being stuck in tribes means there's less likelyihood of change within teams through the final few rounds. Given the last two jurors were held by 70% roughly, there's two players in most teams.

True. I don't know if there can be a perfect system though. Last season, with reducing numbers, most people had the same tribe going into the last 1 or 2 episodes anyway.

Stuff them. They want to sign up, they play under the rules. If they don't like them, tough.
More trades just makes the whole "same teams by the end" even more possible.
Perhaps a "keeper" slot where you allocate certain players as ones you won't trade out or have to use a trade to take them out of the keeper slots?

I think it's a catch 22 situation. Less trades means less fun for most. They'll set a team and then forget and people will lose interest. It also means those who strike the right early combo are harder to catch.
I'll see how this season pans out and tweak based on it. It's always going to be inevitable that tribes are going to have similar members, just purely based on numbers available. If there was to be a keeper slot, maybe it should be the captain - they can't be traded out until they have been without captaincy for at least one episode.
